I have spend the last month creating a new, fun quiz to see what your eating habit could be blocking your weight loss.

Even though we probably have all the personalities in us, there are usually one that is a bit stronger.

So if you have a few minutes this week, please try out the quiz and if you know anyone who might have fun taking it, then pass it along.

It only takes around 2 minutes and you get some tips at the end.
