I know that I would never have found success in weight loss without having changed my mindset. Now, years late, I am not struggling, but that is because I really worked on changing my mindset.
I am not special, what I did, anyone can do.
It can be so difficult to know where to start and what to do.
I know.
For me I had an epiphany when I thought I had failed again. I did not realise it at first. I was in a foreign country teaching a group of people about software that would change the way they worked.
It was when I returned home and realised that I had lost 10 pounds in 10 days, after a month of no weight loss, I had my epiphany! I was shocked.
Having trained software changes for 20 years, I did what I do when learning software on a new project. I analysed what had I done the same, and what I had done differently.
What changed?
Some of my actions changed, when I really dug into why my eating and exercise habits changed. It was because my mindset towards food changed.
