Over the years, and even today, I hear people say that it is easy to lose weight, that you only need to do one thing.

That one thing changes from person to person, year to year, some were:-  drink water with lemon  every morning,  (no carbs, low calories), drink a glass of water before you eat a meal, drink after a meal.

It is so easy to put your faith in them.  To think that there is an easy way to your goal.

It is not that easy.

I know, I tried them.

I believed.

Now I know.

A weight loss tool is a tool, just like a hammer or saw.

You would not try to use a hammer instead of a saw to cut some wood, but you would use both tools to build a house.  Together with more tools, they make something wonderful.

Did the weight appear overnight? No

Was only one meal the cause? No.

Yet, we usually try to use one or two tools to do something complicated.  

You follow the easy advice that you like, rather than the more difficult truths from someone who has done, what you want.

Could a person who has never used a hammer or saw create a beautiful, solid, well built house without knowing the right skills?

With weight loss the right skill is mindset.  That allows you to succeed or fail when you use weight loss tools.

It takes time, but it is worth it.
