This week I have noticed that the evenings are staying lighter longer.
This used to make me feel guilty. I would want to accomplish so much, but after working a full day I was too tired to do much.
Now I can do so much more, and still enjoy my evenings.
One thing to try, especially on the evenings that are still sunny is to take a bit of time out each evening and enjoy the moment.
Whether it is sitting in your garden, deck, conservatory or just by a window and savour the sun.
Or you could have a wonderful meal, slowly eating and being fully present. No watch tv, reading or listening to audio books.
All of those things cause overeating because you are eating without thought. Just like snacking while watching to.
