Welcome to the New Year, New You program.

By signing up you are showing that you want to make real change, rather than just a temporary diet where once finished, you gain the weight back.

Each Monday we have a group zoom call to look a topic and discuss your goals and set the weekly action plan, then Thursday we have another group zoom call where we discuss how you are doing applying your action plan, wins and solutions to any difficulties you are having.

Each week there is a workbook to help you look at what your habits are and change them to the habits you want.

About the Author

Katherine was overweight for many years, and tried diet after diet, exercise plans and more.  Once she changed her mindset, her weight changed.
