Katherine’s story is nothing short of amazing and inspirational. I never gave much thought about mindset in relation to food but listening to Katherine dig deep into the connection between mindset and food, it sounded as if she were talking about me! It’s great that the course gives steps and exercises so you can get to work immediately. The tip on the best way to keep a food diary blew my mind, so simple, so easy but I’ve never had anybody advise me to do it like this.
