When you’re at the gym feeling like you’ll never be one of those people who look like they’ve been at it their entire lives, remember that they all started somewhere.

Your health is something that is important so you do not want to do anything that hurts it. Before starting activity you need to know about your heart rate.

You have a resting heart rate and as your heart rate increases your body can react in different ways.  There is fat burning zone, aerobic zone, high intensity or anaerobic zone. Depending on what your goal is you will want to try and be in one of those zones.

Think about what your goal is, do you want to become fitter? Or would you like to be more muscular? Do you just want to walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath.  Take some time to think about this.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
