There are activities that deep down you wish you could do or are doing.  Sometimes fear stops us from trying new activities out.

What if I make a fool of myself?  What if I fail?

Those fears hold us back from doing what we might love to do, to live our lives to the fullest. Trying new activities can give us joy, new friends and less stress.  A beginners or new starters course can be great to learn a new activity and meet people like yourself.  Before starting new activities consult your doctor.
