We get so busy in our lives that one day we wake up and we are not doing what we love to do, we are stressed and our health, whether it is our spiritual or physical health suffers.  Planning can help you to gain balance.

We all have work, family and other commitments, but we all know a person who has either the same amount of commitments or more who seems to do everything they want.  What is the difference?  They plan.

Looking at the logistics, how long travel takes, who in the family needs to be somewhere and you are the one who takes them, what supplies are needs, and costs, you can plan your week.  If it is a regular schedule it does get easier with time.
