Pause and remember – Slow and steady will get you where you want to go. If you put too much pressure on yourself for results too quickly, you will quickly give up.

By making small changes over time you can drastically increase what you can do and not notice.  10 steps turns into 20, then 40, then more.

This week we are increasing our steps again by a small, manageable amount. Use a smaller glass or water bottle and fill it up more often or add another drink into your schedule to increase your liquids.  By doing this you will be more hydrated and make extra trips to the toilet, increasing your steps.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
