Wellness is just as much about your mind than it is your body.  If you are busy all the time your mind can keep going even when you want to sleep.

Do not think meditation is easy, it takes practice, but the great thing about it is you can start with 5 minutes and build up.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
