Day 2 StepsHello beautiful ,

Activity is an important part of wellness. Before we improve we need to know where we are starting from so we can measure improvement. Today we are going to be looking at our daily steps.
We move more than we realise. How many steps does it take you to get a cup of tea? Go to the toilet?

Steps convert to miles (and kilometres). In order to increase that distance safely we need to know our starting point. Once we have that point we can adjust it.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
