How has your week gone? Last week you increased your step goal, did you meet the goal for at least 3 days over the last 7?.

Goals should be realistic and attainable.  If you met the goal each day without any problem you may not have increased your step goal enough.  If you could not reach your step goal at all then reduce it to a level you can achieve for at least 3 days before increasing it again.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
