To the degree you eat less of the bad carbs and fats and enough of the good carbs and fats, you’re likely to look better, feel better, lose weight and gain health.
There is so much miss information about food out there which is why I believe everyone should have a nutritionist available. I never bothered to cut out carbs, I still do not but I have learned about then and know what works for me.
What works for me, might not work for you. For everyone learning the truth about food can help you to make the best choices and be able to eat more of some foods that you were not expecting you could.
