We wish for quite a lot, but if we think something is going to happen because we wish it to then it is like wanting to buy the lottery without buying a ticket.

Planning can take longer at the start but you have done this a few times you can look at last weeks plan and adjust it to suit this week.  Incorporate plans to either try the activity you decided to do yesterday or prepare to do the activity. Success is up to you.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
