It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
We all want progress to happen quickly, instantly. When watching tv everyone seems to be good at something the first time, but in real life it takes time and in order to do it safely the best method.
If you feel that increasing your step goal once a week is too long then try to increase it slightly when you have reached your goal 3 days in a row.
Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable. Then complete today’s lesson here .
