I want to have a good body, but not as much as I want dessert.

A diet for life where you are not struggling with your ideal weight means that there are no taboo foods, just foods you can have lots of and a few foods that are occasional foods.  If you deny yourself and tell yourself you are not allowed something you can start to crave it and think about it.

Remember all the diets you were denied your favourite treat and how you fell off the wagon and binged.  Then felt guilty?

Changing your diet for life is the goal.  No guilt, if you eat more treats then your body needs you do more activity to burn it off.

Before eating those treats make sure your body has been given all the fuel it needs.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
