Day 3 Hunger

I was once told that I needed to get used to being hungry if I was to ever lose weight.  I found out that this was wrong, if you let yourself feel hungry you can overeat. How many people talk about cheating on a diet?

Cheating on a diet can be because you did not get enough to eat and were so hungry you gave in, or the food on the diet was not enjoyable so you gave in and had something that tasted great but might not be as “healthy”.

Either way the goal is not to get so hungry that you start making unhealthy or rash choices but to keep your body fueled.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
