Do you love food? Think about the last meal you ate. What did the food taste like?  did you enjoy every bite?

Do you remember every bite?

We can get so caught up in life that we eat without thinking about it.

Slow down.

Mindfulness in eating is thinking about your food and enjoying what you eat.  This is really important because it takes time for your mind to realise you have eaten enough.  All the food that you ate between the time your body has had enough food and the time you stop eating is extra that you do not need.

By slowing down you can enjoy what you eat more and eat less extra.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
