Day 5 BreakfastHello beautiful ,

“To me, breakfast is my most important meal. It’s often the meal you play a game on. I make sure I have oatmeal, milk, and fruit. It’s the fuel you use to hopefully do your best, so eating right is a big part of being a professional athlete. I wish I paid more attention to it earlier in my life.”

Breakfast is more important than some believe. Though there is conflicting beliefs about it. Some feel that it is best to fast for breakfast and wait until lunch, other people believe that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. Our bodies are different you need to find the right combination for you.

Eating food that will keep you feeling full for longer is a great way to start the day.  Include protein in your breakfast will do that. An omelet is a great, you can add ham and cheese or what ever you love.  One person I know starts her day with protein oatmeal, so she is getting fibre and protein.  The fibre makes you feel full quickly and the protein keeps you full longer.

It does not need to be a large breakfast, a small snack size might be right for you, try it out for a few days and if it is not the right combination, change the amount or content of your breakfast.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
