I don’t really believe in diets. I love food… If I deprive myself, I’m going to want it more. I snack on yogurt, raw cashews and cherry tomatoes.

It can be a long time between breakfast and lunch, if you let yourself feel too hungry you will eat too much at lunch. some people find they are not hungry by lunch, that is great for them, but they should add a snack of a drink, preferably one without sugar. You need to drink throughout the day and if you do not drink enough you can feel hungry.

Have a healthy snack with a healthy drink between breakfast and lunch.  If you need to eat on the go, then try a snack you can pick at, like nuts or dried fruit or beef jerky.

Grab a cup of your favourite drink, put your earbuds in if you need to and goto a quiet space and get comfortable.  Then complete today’s lesson here .
