By signing up you have shown that you are committed to shaking up your routine.

It is all up to you!

You decide what changes to make and what not to.  If you make no changes then expect nothing.  As with any program do not do anything that will harm your health or go against medical advice.

Most of all, enjoy!

This program is intended to help you make small changes that will give you a healthier lifestyle that you enjoy rather than the healthy options being a chore or something you feel you have to do.  Then you return to old unhealthy habits.

Each day a new lesson is available, I will send you an email to remind you and let you know about that days topics.

Set aside at least 15 minutes each day to go through the material.  Find a space where you can be undisturbed and grab a cup of your default drink and get comfortable.  Log into Epiphany Wellbeing Solutions and select the program to view the lessons.
